This morning we ate waffles smothered in cranberries and apples from the property and celebrated our first morning of being “officially closed.” By every account this has been the most enjoyable camping season both Steven and I can remember. We’re enjoying a stretch of crystal blue skies…this is Belfast Harbor at 8 AM this morning. There’s a great walking/fishing bridge spanning the Passy river that everyone who visits should see…me, I bring a cup of coffee and a peanut butter, sesame bagel and just watch the boats float for a bit of time…maybe we’ll see each other there some time!
Clean up weekend is coming up quickly…not too soon for my taste either!
